These Terms of Service govern your access to the Sublux Designs website and services, including Sublux Idea Scorer. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. Any separately agreed terms for other Sublux Designs services continue to govern those services. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms, along with any additional guidelines or policies referenced herein.

2. Use of Our Services

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and applicable third-party rights. Sublux Idea Scorer uses the details you submit to research a small-business idea and produce an AI-assisted report tailored to your ZIP code, budget, and available hours. The service reads keyword search-demand estimates using Sublux Designs’ own Google Ads account; visitors do not sign in with Google or grant access to their Google accounts. Idea Scorer does not run ads or change campaigns. Reports also use Google Places, U.S. Census Bureau, BLS, and Reddit information, and submitted idea text is sent to xAI (Grok) to help write the report.

3. Intellectual Property

The website’s design, graphics, and other site materials are owned by Sublux Designs or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your submitted idea text and other material remain yours; submitting an idea does not transfer its ownership to Sublux Designs. You authorize us and the service providers described in our Privacy Policy to process your submission as needed to research your idea and generate and deliver the requested report. Restrictions on copying site materials do not prevent you from using your report for your own business planning.

4. User Responsibilities

Provide information you are authorized to submit, and do not include another person’s private information without permission. Idea Scorer does not require a visitor Google account or Google login. If another Sublux service provides an account, you are responsible for protecting its credentials and notifying us of unauthorized use. We use the email address you supply to deliver your requested report. Optional Sublux Designs follow-up requires your opt-in, which you can withdraw by emailing jordan@subluxdesigns.com.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, uploading malicious code, or engaging in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

6. Disclaimers

The services are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis, without guarantees that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Idea Scorer reports are general research and planning information. Search volumes are estimates, may be expressed as ranges, and do not guarantee customer demand, revenue, or business viability. External information may be incomplete or out of date, and AI-generated text can contain errors. Review your report and verify important findings before making decisions. Scores and recommendations do not guarantee success or replace professional financial, legal, tax, or other advice relevant to your circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
